Not being able to select loadout at the start of the match!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? forces me to play with default loadout and with no any gadget.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to select any loadout I want
