Not getting things I'm supposed to get.

If you know, there are new planes in the game, but I'm level 61 and can get the new planes at level 42 and level 32, and I logged in and didn't get the two planes even though I'm at an even higher level, so it's really strange, and if anyone knows what to do about it, send me a message.
