Old BSV-M can't unlock case doesn't slove and new problem comes can't even play

The case number 113792660-(The BSV-M doesn't unlock but my rank is 23 and I have premium battle pass, the smokeGL is unlocked but the BSV-M didn't,and the verify one-time code is 326955 ) doesn't sloved and now new problem comes, it said too many computers has use my account so I can't even play the game.     Having the same problem, currently level 18 on the Battle pass and cannot use the BSV M

    Having the same issue also. I have also reinstalled the game. No luck.

    I now am level 20 and have tried repairing game, updating game and it still will not unlock. Fix your game EA, finally get a new weapon and cant even use it

    One of the final issues for us to fix from last week has now been fixed on Monday .In rare cases, players earning certain Battle Pass ranks did not receive their unlocks.

    They should now find them available next time they login or play a round.

    Same problem cant unlock it.

    I was ~89 lvl battle pass, sniper kills above 100m no count
