Out of Memory BF 2042

Hi, I have the same issue with BF42 when I start up the game and I go into loading screen to enter the main menu, it crashes, sometimes it gets through but always the same crash. "Could not allocate sufficient memory to complete the call"

I tried almost everything... older versions from Nvidia, the newest version from Nvidia (Always did a clean install)... Virtual memory setting to 16GB... verifying files, re-downloading the game...

disabling Fullscreen optimization, opening with Windows 8, running as Admin. OC my GPU, setting it back to default... I am out of ideas and I am tired... I just build this brand new PC.

Can anyone pls help? All the other games that I play (Diablo 4, Assasin Creed, Subnautic, BF5) they all work fine...

I also have this issue with NFS Heat maybe it's related I don't know... Please help!!!!
