- WeaponizedIdiocy3 years agoNew Adventurer@IceMonkey73 Since the update, even 1.0, its been a laggy mess. Normally just rubber banding + lag for me, occasional packet loss. I mean, they must had known something was not right if they even put in a network graph for people to pre-empt the issue.
Obviously they won't admit something is not right even though there are now a lot of posts about it, its still the users problem not theirs ;-) (obviously bs). - EA_Leeuw3 years ago

Hey @IceMonkey73,
It's unfortunate to hear that you're having connection issues with packet loss.
I would recommend taking a look at our connection troubleshooting steps to see if they can help you determine the cause of the issue:
Basic: http://x.ea.com/ea/basic-connection-ts
Advanced: http://x.ea.com/ea/advanced-connection-ts
- PlayStation: https://connection.support.playstation.com/
- Xbox: https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/connect-network/xbox-one-network-connection
- PC:

Our number one tip is to hardwire your PC or console to your router. Hardwiring is the best way to have the most stable connection.
For more troubleshooting or other things to try, please reach out to your internet service provider (ISP).
