Party issues. (Player removed from game)

I just bought my wife battlefield 2042, we tried getting into a match and it lets me in and then puts her back in the lobby screen with the error “player removed from match; game ended, all players disconnected”. I’m on PC and she’s on PS5, I made sure that cross platform was enabled, I’ve tried joining her lobby and starting and still kicks her, I’ve tried restarting the PS5 multiple times and still won’t allow her to get into a match with me, it’s weird because it did the same thing with BF6 beta, we just assumed it was the beta. At this point any suggestion would be greatly appreciated, I’m debating on deleting the game and reinstalling.
