[PC] Battlefield constantly crashing with no error, or a createpipeline error

Having and extremely difficult time getting BF to work. My buddy and I recently upgraded our CPU's to the i9 13900k and now we're both having very similar issues. The game either launches and immediately closes to desktop with no error at all. Or I get a directx createpipeline error that seems to be random, but usually while im searching for a game or joining one. However, there are times where I can play a few minutes before receiving the pipeline error.

Each time this happens, i do my "#@$% this game" ritual by closing the EA app completely, then launching the EARecovery.exe to clear my cache, i then usually repair BF2042 and make sure overlay is off on nvidia shadowplay and EA overlay, then i restart my computer, or sometimes i'll restart before and after. I've also changed my GUID for some dumb reason because people said it was fixing their issue back in 2021. Sometimes this ritual works, but most of the time it doesn't. And even when it does "work" it's only for a few games. I'd say I get to play the game roughly 10% of the time i try playing it. Not even over exaggerating with that number either, it's so bad my buddy and I joke about the ea app and game wondering if they're in the mood to work today because the issue seems so random. Below are my specs, dxdiag, and exact error message. If this doesnt get solved i'm just gonna uninstall because i've already wasted so much time and frustration trying to play, it's ridiculous. Any help would be appreciated, thank you

 Specs: Windows 11 Home, RTX3090, 32 GB DDR5, MSI Z790 EDGE WIFI, EVGA 1300W PSU, and the i9 13900k

Thank you
