Steam is just a launcher, like Origin, and it shouldn't make a difference in game performance. It could be that Steam is actually the issue here though.
How exactly have you installed Steam and the game via Steam? Both on the same drive?
And what about Origin?

so when i told my friends about it they where extremely surprised to and yes ive tried both the game on the same drive as steam and even on different drives to no difference the game dose not error out or give me any hint of what's making it do it ive even reinstalled steam completely and still dose the same thing if i stay clicked on the black screen with out clicking off it and just let it sit for 30 mins and it will eventually open so im able to play but it should never take 30 mins for a game to open and even on top of it when i get it to work networking is so bad on it that it takes 10 to 15 mins to get into a game and alot of the times ive gotten in a match when its just ending witch is super annoying and when i play the trial version strait off origin i get into a match immediately and the game works like any other game should and even origin is on the same drive as everything else to

Have you tried to perform a clean boot already, to see if that has the same issue?

Now i don't know if i can do this but is there a way i can somehow get my copy of bf2042 transfers from steam edition to origin steam dont have a cd key at all so i dont have to re buy it.

@DJTRAVGAMING, no, it's unfortunately not possible to transfer a Steam purchase over to Origin, I am afraid.
The issue itself is indeed odd. I will see if someone from the team might know what could be causing this.Will you also maybe be able to add a DxDiag to your message, please?
