[PC] Cannot play portal matches and normal matches

I have done that at least half a dozen times at this point.

    @CopperDragonBF Youre videocard driver is update ? What windows version do you run ?

      Oh wow, turns out my driver wasn't updated and it came in last Tuesday.  Updated and still nothing. I am on Windows 11 Home Version 22H2

        Please try this and post results please

        NETWORK RESET

        Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD, Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
        When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
        copy and paste the following commands by pressing enter at the end of each command line:

        netsh winsock reset
        netsh int ip reset
        netsh advfirewall reset
        netsh winhttp reset proxy
        ipconfig /release
        ipconfig /flushdns
        Reboot youre system and test game.

        ps every app you start and who needs internet could ask for firewall acces, if so then choose PUBLIC ACCES
