I have solved the issue by updating to the latest version of windows 10.

@EA_Atic No when the scope is off screen the glitch stops. this includes taking it off the weapon or even when you sprint and the scope leaves the screen.

    i'm having the exact same issue, i'm also running a 1000 series card (1080 sc)
