(PC) My settings keep getting reset + Tutorial every time

This happens no matter what, I tried all of the possible fixes I found.  Including Windows Defender settings, running the game as an admin, checking the settings file to read-only or changing the tu...

@EA_Atic Please pardon me but those seems like assumptions that draws away from the main issue; which is within the game itself since this happens only with Battlefield 2042, no other game suffers from this including other Battlefield games.

Please escalate it to solve it as it honestly ruins the whole experience and I'm starting to avoid launching the game in fear of being greeted like it is my first time playing it and having to set everything up again and again.

Just happened to me AGAIN today... and no, the game did NOT crash before that.

It just happens randomly and probably is some bug when syncing local game data with server.

I use the new "EA Desktop" app to launch the game but I guess it does not matter since most people use Origin and still have this problem.

Funny thing is, BFV writes the same files to Documents folder and NEVER EVER reset its settings so NO IT IS AGAIN YET ANOTHER ANNOYING 2042 BUG DICE!!!
