Could you mention the timestamp of the video where you think you saw a big packet loss spike? I haven't been able to spot it so far, everything looks to be okay judging by the video. I am also unable to spot a high TN, for example. @EA_Leeuw the big freeze/spike is at 1:25 but not sure if it was packet loss. Some packet loss at 1:40 and around 6:00

@EA_Leeuw No, never had that issue before go-live. I played a bit over the weekend. I was seeing it pretty regularly on Friday and a few times on Saturday. I don't remember it happening on Sunday though and I don't recall seeing it specifically followed by high packet loss on the graph thing. I've stopped recording everything bc it's pretty time consuming but it might not be packet loss related.
