Exact same problem here o/
Huge TN and maybe packet loss as well (?)
My Ryzen 7 3800X is always used at 95-100% too when playing BF (and my RTX3060TI is always around 50%, also my 16go ram are never used more than 80%).
Also it's obviously not a problem from my internet acces as I have a very good ans stable connection (I did many test about it).
I saw some tuto on youtube to help reduct CPU use but it didn't worked for me ☹️
Maybe you have some kind of solution now ? =']

UPDATE : if it can help ==> my DxDiag after playing for a while in conquest 64vs64 (where the more packet loss / high TN occure)
