[PC] The server in South Africa rubberbands like crazy! Network info attached.

For context, it's a full 128 player vanilla server with micro stutters every 45 seconds or so. It disappears and then returns after a short while.

Here's a screenshot with in-game network info showing the "Orange Boxes warning". I've enlarged the relevant parts.

I could record a video the next time it happens, but I don't think that's necessary since the server should have all the necessary info. The rubberbanding generally gets worse after the server fills up half way. The rubberbanding has become worse after Season 4 but has been present since Season 3.

From what I can tell from the network info, each time there's rubberbanding, there's a massive spike in Time Nudge, the top left graph reflects this in the blue line as well according to this post.

It's also not just me who experiences these time nudge spikes, there's plenty of other people on the server who used team chat to state their rubberbanding. My squadmate who is far closer to the server than me also exclaimed their rubberbanding to me.
