Performance issue, why can't I get a refund
I haven't played 2042 since the release of Patch 3.1 and even before that was only playing Solo as I couldn't go on servers as my fps will drop down to around 30 - 40 fps making it unplayable.

Same happened to me. EA have this awful and public robbery in their terms, in which one cannot get a refund after like 2 days.
It is sad being forced into these kind of dealings as a gamer.
