Performance Issues

So like the title says, my performance keeps getting worse each update. In Early Access I started at about 70-80fps, then with the launch day patch it went down to 50 and with the latest patch I'm all the way down to 40fps with massive stutters every few seconds. I haven't changed any settings and almost everything is on low anyway. I have tried a few solutions from the forum, but so far none of them have worked.

I keep a monitor for my CPU and GPU, and both aren't being fully utilized. I may even go as far as saying that my GPU usage has gone down about 20% with the last patch, while the CPU load has gotten heavier. While they were both sitting at around 50-60% usage before the update, it's now 40 and 80 for the GPU and CPU respectively.

RTX 2060 | Ryzen 7 2700X | 16GB DDR4 3200

In spite of many complains about optimization I got for some reason a descent performance even on 4K with DLSS on Performance,  I got around 90-100 FPS with a 3080. That is before the Update #2. I mean, it was still far from very good, with many hiccups, stuttering and similar stuff.

But after Update #2 it just got worse for me. Now I am having from 60-80, sometimes it drops even lower around 50.

I have the feeling the graphics presets don't do much, having it from Low to Ultra, it only gives me ~15 FPS difference, which is nothing...

They have to optimize this ASAP. Collaborate with NVIDIA and get out the next display driver and/or optimize it internally.

The game is very CPU bound as well, having my GPU usage around 50-80% which is not ideal at all...

This is disappointing. I hope this will be fixed ASAP.

Short term, we’ll be doing all we can to help offer performance improvements that reduce the load, and up your frame rates where possible. I have discovered some issues with the performance with the Pc Version of this game. 
let me explain:

I have usually around 70-80 fps in this game. It gets bad when I play Breaktrough. But it’s Ok. 

Today I was playing around and accidentally closed Steam. (Using Task Manager, so it was closed completly). After that, the Steam Overlay and the FPS counter disappeard.

I have noticed that my performance was way better than before. I have enabled FPS counter on Origin and now I usually have 120-130 FPS. I don’t know why this happens. Maybe it helps You with ur performance or it helps the devs, to find out why the performance is bad.

Update: Back on windows 10 fresh install with all up to date amd drivers. This time I installed the Radeon™ Pro Software for Enterprise GPU driver. Runs much better but still having the crash back to the desktop, just about every game now, no code just back to the desk top. I changed out my power supply from a 850 to a 1000 watt just to make sure my card is getting good power. This did not help, I don't know what else to do at this point. I want to support this game, but this will be the first BF game I won't be able to play. I built this system just to play this game, as I knew going to 128 man servers would tax any cpu. Does anyone have a fix for the back to desktop crash? Thanks

Incredible Low Performance with a 2070 RTX - 16GB RAM - i5 9600k and a Samsung EVO PRO SSD.... im absolutely clueless right now. i just want to play and would be pretty happy if someone got a solution.. and yes DirectX12 is activated...
