"Player removed from game. Game ended, all players disconnected"

I'm on a PS5, everything up to date etc, but still get this "All players removed from the game" error message sometimes at the end of a round, sometimes halfway through.

This is playing Solo Co-Op with a custom-made server game in Portal.

Later today, I will try it with one of the Pre-Made experiences and see if it still happens.

This has only been happening since the season 5 dropped.

Anyone else still getting this?  I thought it had been fixed.
