"Player removed from game. Game ended, all players disconnected"

Mid- match, I got the error "Player removed from game. Game ended, all players disconnected." I was in a standard Multiplayer 128 Conquest server. Now, I'm unable to get to the main menu screen in the game. I'm getting "Error Code: 1:86001S:66003S:-10571258760:0B" for "Unable to connect to the EA servers." EA Desktop app is connected and everything is fine on that end. Screenshot of error code attached.
