@EA_Barry So am I to understand that instead of investing the problem, you will be referring the PS5 gaming community to a faq that is unrelated to the problem? I have been a software developer for 10 years. I'm a technical person - no, this is not a network issue on the client side. We have NAT opened, we don't have problems in other games. All necessary ports are forwarded. The problem is solved by restarting the game, EVERYTIME. The problem occurs for ALL PS5 gamers using VOIP and crossplay. Every time the glitch occurs, the person who has to restart the console has a robotic sounding voice. In my clan, we all use an Internet connection via fiber optic cable with a minimum of 500Mbps. We have pings of 20-40ms to your servers (probably) located in Germany.

@EA_Barryhere is a sample of that problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hFEUtJZNY4 - you can see that 2 of guys are talking in the same time but this is not true - we had to make a trick to record my voice (my friend has put the mic into headphones to capture my voice, there is no other option to record that on PS5 😉).
