Can we try a few things to see if we can get this fixed here? First, I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same error after that please let me know. Thanks!

I've been trying connection stuff from the beginning, including software resets, hardware restarts, changing networks, putting the PS5 in and out of a DMZ, port forwarding, etc, to see if it'll help. Later this week I'm going to go through my home network logs to see if I'm actually losing the PSN connection, but even if I am it's so brief that I can see stuff over PSN on the PS5 home screen a few seconds after I get disconnected from a match.
