Hey, recently tried delta garbage and uninstalled it along with its AC, since then i cant start 2042, i tried everything. Windows reinstall, ac reinstall, reinstalled as admin, run as admin, moved everything to C:, tried on other hard drives but it just wont launch anymore ☹️ if anybody has any idea it would make my day!
Also it gives me "Security violation (30)" but all the files of EA AC are in the correct path

Sorry to hear you've run into this issue, definitely sounds frustrating especially after trying a full OS reinstall as well as reinstalling both the game and the Anticheat.
Could you upload a DxDiag for us to take a look and see if we can nail down whats causing this problem for you?
- @EA_Rtas what I'm seeing is that the EA Anticheat "service" isn't able to start, it just sits there saying "starting" and then I think it times out.

FRESH NVME, "OLD" Windows Build (OCT 2024), never seen anything before i put it in. yet it wont launch.
there has to be a EA AC error.
Hey @EA_Rtas dxdiag wont show anything important, since lots of people seem to have that problem either with tencents bs or windows defender and in combination with tencents anticheat"expert" @DotaYoda i have a non activated windowsbuild ready from a couple weeks back that has blocked ALL of defender updates and has never seen Tencent stuff, it will be finished in a bit. i will keep you updated, but my guess is that either defender in combination with "anticheatexpert" or just "anticheatexpert" deletetion will brake stuff. But i dont know why BF V and all others work with no problem so far. anyway gotta go sleep while downloading.
They are not motivated to fix the issue. I have written forum posts, talked to help.ea.com chat and filled out the survey on this site and the EA help site, yet have not received a single response through email etc from a dev saying they are looking into it. without a bigger platform, they will just chalk it up to a loss and ignore the issue.

after that talk, they immediately marked my case as "fixed" lol
maybe a bug report would help, but I don't think there is any intent to fix this issue. it does not affect enough people for them to care. best case scenario would be that a future EA AntiCheat, or Windows update solves the issue accidentally hahaha. it is likely expensive to constantly update years of game catalogue to run smoothly with every windows update or hardware releaseOk so crazy issue and crazier solution. I have a fanatec CSL DD 8nm. I upgraded the firmware to the latest and the driver to 464. Just before the issues started a week or so back. So Turning it off doesn't fix the issue but if I plug it out or change it to orange mode and restart the eacheat service (sometimes I have to kill it with pskill as its stick starting) it will run. So something in the CSL DD either driver or firmware when in red mode is causing the anti cheat to trigger. Moral of the story unplug all your usb ports and try it with just a mouse and see if its a usb issue.
