@damothegray for me its only BF 2042, like really just that apex, all other battlefields just run... for BF 2042 ac service launches and crashes because it cant "FIND" path.... nonsense
@KRASSSERGAMER Have you tried adding a new administrative user account in Windows?
1) Add a user account: (choose option C 'Add a user without a Microsoft account')
2) Configure a user as an administrator after you create the new user account:
3) Log into the new user account and try to play Battlefield 2042.
For me its a hardware issue with my fanatec wheel base. Once I change it to Orange the problem went away.Shouldn't have an effect on anything else so I'll leave it and consider it fixed for now. Its nothing to do with Software, I wiped and installed windows on a fresh machine with only ea app and the game and the error was still there. EA need to update their anti cheat it has so many issues. After dealing with their support or lack of I will never buy an ea game again. Basically you contact support to be told forum sugusstions from users and when they don't work your call is closed no fix and your told to post in the forums. My god I've never heard the likes of it. I have hundreds maybe even thousands spent on EA games, they won't get a penny off me again. Maybe on console but never for pc.

i got it running btw via Steam now. it just didnt want to run with the EA version
heres what i did after i lost all hope in life:
i changed language and spam uninstalled and reinstalled AC for BF2042 only like 50 times and then it ran somehow dont ask me how, didnt change anything windows related it just ran after that xd Anyone fixed it? EA, stop f...ing around.. I just bought the game and can't play it
