Portal | Global Game Quota

As said in the title.. can't even play any portal creations? Like first time checking this out and looking at the browsers it's either silly XP farms or pure empty servers.

Is there any sort of automatic removal that's done for servers that don't get used whatsoever? Or are they just useless space.
