Portal Bug: Teleportation bug on some maps in FFA

I created a process in Portal's rules editor to teleport the player, and the teleportation was an error on some of the following maps.

- Renewal (middle)
- Renewal (small)
- Noshahr canals (middle)
- El alamein (small)

All of these occurred with FFA rules, not with TDM.

I believe this is the same behavior as teleportation in the Exposure before the fix in this update 1.2.

The bug report format did not show up when creating the topic, so I am posting it this way.
