I was able to change the vehicle weapon reloading time or skill cool down(...etc) last month. Now these features in the portal website is missing. Did they change the features?
The missing features are back now.
No offical statement, even not a hot fix. So it probably was the technical accident with their servers. I'm not sure.

it definitely seems like alot of things are missing, i for example wanted to set up my experience so when players join my game they have a starting amount of ascension points but the only thing close to it i can find is an action block in the rules editor that adds ascension points but it doesn't even work regardless of how i set up the event and conditions
I noitce that we lost change damnge of gun to player or bots. Moreover, switch teams button is also lost. Brother, did you have pictures of some lost datas
unfortunately no i just started using portal for the first time today but there is lots of old youtube videos with portal setup tutorials if your trying to find evidence of the said missing features we no longer have access too
