Portal servers

server crashes daily and kicks out all players, then we cannot return to the server and an error message shows that the game is not available.

This problem is old, but now it has become very annoying and occurs more than once in the same day.

I do not see any update to solve this problem, which is a general issue affecting all servers and players, not just me.
