Just to confirm a few things; do you both play BF2042 on 1 (one) platform only, or multiple platforms?
Follow-up question; I assume that you do not have the Premium Battle Pass yet, right?
I received this promotion on Xbox Series X when booting up the game on Wednesday. I interacted with the promo and it sent me to the battle pass screen. I spent the 1000BFC and never received the 20 tier progression.
