Ok, I just tried this:
You have to avoid this update for EA app for a while. So just try this steps in the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cy6AC5F78WE
Then you have to change date in your system on 1st of February 2023. Otherwise it will change back in the folder. EA "repaired" it. When you install the game and update it. Change back to normal date in the system. It will force you to install again EA app. It should recognize the installed game and you can play it without downloading.
I hope it will work for you. I waste whole day trying to instal Mass Effect: Andromeda.
