Progression for Attachments, Vehicles, Specialists Reset to ZERO

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) At least 2 times now. Once after the previous patch, and again today on Dec 9th
Summarize your bug Progression for weapon attachments, vehicle unlocks, and Specialist unlocks are reset to 0 for items that I haven't achieved any Mastery level for. I retain the items I have previously unlocked however, the progression bars are reset to 0 for later unlocks. This also happens with my player badges/images, as any that were unfinished have been reset to 0.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? if you can check my actual progression vs. what is shown in my game menus that might show something (see pictures)
What happens when the bug occurs? First time (after previous update) - Was stuck in a loading screen and had to restart my game, when I reloaded I noticed many progression bars were reset to 0 Most recent time (Dec 9th 8:00PM PST) - I loaded into a game of All Out Warfare Conquest and was stuck waiting at a never ending loading screen for the round (Discarded). I closed the game and restarted it. When I loaded back in the progression bars were reset to 0
What should be happening instead? I shouldn't be losing my progression.
Here are some examples-
These Pictures are from the first instance of progression reset (after the previous update). Keep in mind that when took these pictures I had played since the progression was reset so some bars were no longer at 0.
-Picture 1 (G57 attachments): For the G57 attachments I have the regular extended mag unlocked and equipped as shown. This attachment takes 20 kill to unlock. My progression was reset, so as you can see I now have only 13 kills for the gun in the progression bar.
-Picture 2 (AK attachments): For the AK24 I have the SHAN and the XDR sights unlocked which require 5 and 15 kills to unlock. My progression was reset, so as you can see I now have 0 kills for the gun in the progression bar.
-Picture 3 (Nightbird unlocks): Have Repair System unlocked which takes 20 kills. Progression bar is at 19/20
The exception for the reset is that for items that I have achieved a Mastery level on, the progression bar resets to the start of that Mastery level. For example I had Mastery Level 6 on the AC-42 rifle with around 10/30 kills to get to Mastery Level 7. But I was reset to Level 6 with 0/30 kills to get to Level 7. This seems to be the case with Weapons, Vehicles, and Operators.
My progression was reset again today, Dec 9th so ALL of my progression that doesn't have a Mastery level was reset to 0. Which is a a lot. SO MUCH progress lost. (I can make another bug report of the lost progression from today if needed)
Please help me.
