"Promoted" BFF player card

I was joyed to see a Battlefield Friends playercard pop up when i logged in today since ive been rewatching those episodes. But i clicked claim and its not in my inventory. Im confused? Did i accidentally dismiss it, if so, will i never be able to get it now? thanks in advance

    i know its mild but stuff like this is so discouraging. i love exclusives but not at the costly mistake of a wrong click /;
