My kid has been having a similar issue. Game loads, he pushes “X” and then gets a message saying “Something went wrong” And “wv-109156-2”
It’s been 2 full days with the same error. Google search said to log in to EA from your phone or computer so I did that, but same error still happening with the game.

I looked up solutions and I found that one too. I am hoping that an EA employee will see this.

The fact multiple gaming sites come up with the issue written in the past couple days makes me hopeful that if they aren’t already aware, they will be soon. Unfortunately it seems those who were able to fix the issue had to accept updated terms and conditions when they logged in. No such prompt occurred for me so there is no fix yet.

Update, now it gets in the game but tells him a network error has occurred.

Thank you all for the posts, we are looking into this.
We have seen on other EA Games there seems to be a workaround:- Close the game
- Go to ea.com and choose to Sign In.
- Choose your console's login option.
- Follow the instructions and link your console and EA accounts if prompted.
- Start the game back up.
We'll mark this as a Solution to increase visibility, we do not consider this to be fixed at this time./Atic
