Hi,I have been playing bf 2042 with my scuf/ps4 controller for a long time. However I recently reinstalled the OS on my pc and reinstalled the game. Ever since , my controller doesn’t get recognized. Instead I see Xbox controller options in game. I tried a lot of things to fix this. Can someone assist please. I’d like to go back to using my ps4 controller.

Thanks for the response. Ds4windows didn’t work for me. However , x360ce did. After using it once , now it works for me without using it anymore.

Since when did you start having this issue ? It’s annoying. I was playing well until Saturday and did a windows install. Now it’s completely broken. Can we get some help please.

I just bought this game and cannot play it with a controller because the inputs do not work. My four buttons on the right side (square circle triangle X) are controlling like the d-pad does. My triggers are going forwards and backwards like X and O or supposed to. DS4 doesnt work. x360ce doesnt work. Importing to steam doesnt work. Seems like this is just a supreme waste of my money and time. How could someone possibly create a game for a company this large in this day and age and still be SO incompetent. INSANE.

Same problem with scuff reflex (ps5 scuff). I reinstalled windows 10 (was on 11), now my controller behaves erratically in game. My operator stares at the ground and all of my scuff buttons are mapped/read incorrectly. Very bugged. Haven't been able to play haven because of it.
