[PS5] Keep getting booted back to menu screen after countdown to join a match.

Since a few days now I've been having this issue with the game kicking me back to the menu screen after the countdown to join a game. After the countdown it puts me in a black screen with sound still playing in the background but after about 10 or so seconds I get sent right back to the last menu screen I was at with no error code or anything.

I can't join any type of game mode and featured portal modes are giving me the same issue too. The only way I can play is on solo matches with AI or custom portal servers but those have restrictive XP and no level progression so not a real solution for me.

I play on PS5 with crossplay on and live in the US west coast so I'm sure there are plenty of players in my region for it to not put me in a game. I've tried reinstalling the game, rebooting both my console and router, and even tested other multiplayer games to see if I can join and play and those work completely fine expect for Battlefield 2042.

I really hope this is something that can be fixed quickly for me because I do want to finish the weekly missions and rank up my battlepass. It's gotten pretty annoying and everything I've tried has not worked. Please let me know if this is a known issue and is being addressed because I want to be able to play the game I paid for and not deal with these type of game breaking technical issues.
