"Purchase failed Error code"

I went to purchase $17.99 worth of coins and was met with "Purchase failed Error code"
I tried 3 more times before restarting my game to retry again.

To my surprise I was met with 7200 COINS when I was only trying to buy 2400 COINS!
I talked to the support, NOTHING.

HELP ME! I CANNOT GET A REFUND. I SPENT NONE OF THE COINS.

I was told to post here by support. I am sick of getting the run around on this. EA needs to take responsibility for this poor service.
