Push to Talk Key not working

this is on PC of course, but I've set VOIP to enable as well as my PTT key to numpad.0 and it worked for a minute last night then quit. I've tried changing keys a few times as well as setting VOIP to open mic and it's still not working all I get is that kind of radio pshhhh, pshhhh sound. No issues with it working on anything else outside this bug ridden mess of a game.
