Every now and then the game disconnects me from the EA servers, I click retry, connects straight away and I can start playing again.
Platform - PC - Steam
PC is connected via Ethernet Cable and the PC + Network itself have static IPs
Drivers are up-to-date
Origin is up-to-date
I have also done a complete fresh install of Windows 10 but I still get the same issue and now i'm running out of options to explore
I haven't noticed it on particular maps or modes it seems completely random, sometimes I can play a full game of conquest, go into the next game and play about 5 minuets before it disconnects me.
Any help or advise on how to fix because I don't see the point in even playing now because I might get kicked out and is anyone else having a similar issue?
The actual error I get is
Unable to connect to the EA Servers. Please check internet connection, make sure the platform client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information.

I get the same error. Usually when I am kicking *. The game also changes my monitor to the windows default. I play on mon 2 but it will change it to Mon 1 at the worst times, and everytime I alt-tab to anything else.

Used to be able to play just fine, but after patch 3 I'll play a game or two, and then in the middle of a game I get this.
This is infuriating.
I tried everything.
Platform: Steam
Specs: m2 SSD OS and Game install, RTX 2070s, 32gb ram, R5 3600x.
Pc connected directly to a router via ethernet cable. I get Above 2.5 GBps to the router, 250mbs internet connection.
I really don't know whats going on. Everything was 100% fine (I mean aside from the garbage performance we all know the game has, the bad balance etc) but now, I even get kicked mid game.
At least they got this legacy feature right. We don't have the voice comms but we're back to the Punkbuster era of getting randomly kicked and getting cryptic error messages.- 4 years ago
Got the exact same problem since patch #3, sometimes I can play for 5 minutes and sometimes for an hour or two. It's very random...

I have the same issue....I loose connection nearly every match! No fun anymore

I know this is a late reply, but I recently encountered this problem and the solution: turn off tsp/ipv6 in your network card properties. This solved the problems of the dropouts with the loss of connection error. Cheers
