Rao hacking ability is inconsistent and not reliable

Summarize your bug Rao hacking ability not always working.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know why and how the hacking bug is happening, it seems it's random. But play the character and try to hack helicopters. Sometimes it's all good, like it should be, sometimes it'es really messed up and the hacking process is glitching
What happens when the bug occurs? the "hacking" sight start to hack normally then stop then work again then stop again, quickly, and it says "Hacked" but it is not the case.
What should be happening instead? It should hack normally.

Rao hacking ability not always working as it should.

Sometimes, when you aim at a helicopter, and you click to hack it, it's glitching, as if I click then release then click , release (etc) quickly, and it finally says "Hacked" but it does not work. And when it's happening, it's too late, during the full round I can't use his ability. I tried to quit then join another game, sometimes it works, sometimes it glitch. (and there's no object in sight when I'm hacking, clear sky)

I don't know why and how it's happening. Seems random. But Rao is not reliable for the moment, I can't play him.

    Summarize your bug:  When using specialist Rao, clicking and holding the hacking gear at a helicopter produced inconsistent results, with the prompts on screen flicking between Scanning, Hacking, and Hack Complete seemingly at random.
    How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
    Steps: Choose specialist Rao.  Aim at a helicopter with the hacking equipment.  Click, or click and hold to try and hack a helicopter at various ranges.  In the clip below, the heli is at a significant range.

    What happens when the bug occurs? Hacking indicators change between Scanning, Hacking and Hack Compelte seemingly at random.

    What should be happening instead? Clear indication of whether the hack was complete, or the target was out of range.

    • Description:  VIdeo shows player on the ground aiming at a helicopter at various distances with the hacking gear for specialist Rao.  The HUD prompts are inconsistent and I'm not sure whether the targeted helicopter was affected at all; it can be seen activating flares, so I presume that the hack was not successful.
