Rao hacking doesn’t award assists

@pupsnz I agree. I have decided to switch from Angel to test another specialist and my XP earning has been consistently lower due to not earning XP for my efforts. There will be many times where you manage to hack successfully but don't land the killing blow and don't get rewarded for your participation in the battle. Not sure if the hacking effect could also be more severe in terms of movement restrictions or cause a bit of damage. Problem is that after you hack the subject you usually manage one Stinger missle but then someone else lands the killing blow or the subject manages to escape due to being alerted and you dont earn anything. One then chooses to rather just fire the Stinger instead of hacking, because you might then sometimes land the 2nd shot as well.
