HI @WUUUSSYY Can we try the following steps first?

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues
Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

@EA_Illium Thanks! Seems my problem is solved.
I just run this command in CMD

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
SFC.exe /SCANNOW

Restarted my PC then it worked. THANKS 🙂🙂

Also turning off Control flow guard (CFG) from windows defender exploit protection helps folks.
