can't join a game in BF2042

EA ID : oldwolf133

Platform: PC

Date/time issue occurred: Till:01.05.2026

How often does the bug occur: Every time

What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card: Nvidia Geforce RTX 5060 OC

Troubleshooting steps taken: reboot game, Verify integrity of games files (EA app) ,

windows update , Nvidia drivers updated, crossplay OFF and ON , reset Wi-Fi 

What type of issue do you have: Every game mode is not loading

When I try to join any game in Battlefield 2042, whether it's Conquest or Breakdown Team deathmatch was working and I could connect but now it's not joining too , the screen stays black for a while, then it throws me back to the lobby without letting me join. My graphics card drivers are up-to-date. My internet connection is good. I repaired the game through the EA app, performed EA app recovery, restarted the game, and even tried opening and closing the Task Manager, but nothing changed. but I  can connect to the servers in the portal. I don't understand what's happening.

    When I try to enter a game room, the screen goes black and returns to the main menu.

    I had crossplay disabled and always played "Team Deathmatch", and starting on May 18th, this problem appeared. I haven't been able to play with crossplay disabled since.

    I enabled crossplay and I can play now, but it still happens, although less frequently.

    I contacted EA support, but it didn't help at all. 

    Today I insisted on the problem and they responded " I apologize for the inconvenience caused. This is a known issue, and players across different regions are experiencing it. Our team is aware and is working on a fix. Thank you for your patience."
