Hey @TheRogueNob,

I am sorry for the confusion, but purchasing the Year 1 Pass after Feb 1st. unfortunately doesn't entitle you to get the Steadfast Bundle. Only Gold & Ultimate Edition purchases of the game & Year 1 Pass upgrades, made before Feb. 1st of this year, are entitled to receive the Steadfast Bundle.

When did you make the Year 1 Pass upgrade purchase?

  • i made the purchase March 9th so as of dices current pointless time gate i cannot get any new cosmetics you decide to release in the future. so i feel as though it shouldn't be  necessary to explain why that policy is a pretty poor one. but here we go anyway 

    first  there was never a "if you bought by this date then future rewards in release would be free" kind of announcement nor was there any indication of any new rewards would not be able to be obtained in the store, also i cant buy anything but the season pass in the store, you could at least add the bundles for purchase in the store. I understand the time limit on everything before FEB 1st but for the things afterwards no absolutely not 

    second it doesn't account for the players who didn't have the money at the time to purchase an upgraded version of the game but would like too do it now but there is no incentive to make the upgrade now. and those who are still actively playing the game ,which I am (which we sadly all know is getting smaller and smaller) .

    and third why is the time gate information hidden in fine print, on all posts or not stated at all like in partwelsh's official update post. i just wasted money on a game that i already bought two copied for(me and my brother) and i know i cant get a refund i already tried.

    i seriously feel like any player who is still enjoying the game just gets * over when they want to invest there time and money because of some arbitrary date that has no bearing on the progress of the game 

    i know you specifically don't have control over this  sort of change but it needs to be changed ASAP, more people would want to buy the season pass if you keep releasing skins like in the steadfast bundle but no one will if you leave the time gate on. if its not incredibly clear I'm frustrated as hell and no pointless sorry will make that change, the limit needs to be changed or removed

    The Feb. 1st cutoff date is for the Steadfast bundle specific, not for future content. 🙂
  • This is so sad. Why lock new purchases out of a time frame for this bundle.

    I was considering coming back to battlefield 2042 when I saw this bundle and the skin for Mackay, which I loved, a chance to hide that goofy face he has so I could play a specialist with a cool kit and make him look good at last, no cowboy skin. I wanted to buy the year pass to get the skin, that is right, I would spend 40 euros in a pass of a game I stopped playing after launch so I could get the skin and would definitely come back to the game. But I can't, no chance I get it now.

    Hope someone notices that locking out new purchases from this bundle is a bad move, such a missed opportunity to bring back players and getting more money in.

    PS: Those small letters on the image are pretty easy to miss. That is borderline misleading.

  • I haven't received it yet.  I bought it on October 1, 2021.  I'm pretty sure I fit the bill

    If you were eligible for the Steadfast Bundle, you should have received it a few months ago.

    However, some players have reported that they're missing the bundle since the release of the S1 update. This is being investigated here.

    Personally, I came back in the game yesterday after pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition last year.
    I can not believe it.
    I just thought I would enjoy discovering the new content and the latest map which seems to be finally well appreciated and now I discover that I am still being disadvantaged via this unreceived Steadfast Bundle...
    Do you realize the feelings of the players who have invested the most and believed in the potential of Battlefield 2042?
    Issue was reported in March and it's June and nothing has been resolved?
    Do we really still have to trust you?
    You claim via your terms and conditions that contacting the Support service should make it possible to correct the distribution, but how can you be sure that this subject will not remain on stand-by for months or years when the players who have come forward here are clearly disadvantaged?
    I don't understand how you can feel comfortable telling us to wait for months when we've paid big bucks to get that Gold or Ultimate Edition player status. It would be more than desirable to have further details on the handling of the problem and on the follow-up. Failing this, and for my part, I will not hesitate to inform the consumer associations to which I am affiliated if it lasts. The problem will perhaps be better exposed at the level of the Gaming sphere and perhaps the question of your public image will push you to be more reactive...
    After a while, you have to stop joking with people...

    It's not against you personally but against EA and DICE.

    Hey @Yahasakii,

    While I do understand the frustration, as I mentioned in my previous post; all eligible players should have received the Steadfast Bundle since March of this year. However, since the S1 update, it has been reported by a few players, who previously had access to this bundle, that this Steadfast Bundle has disappeared from their Collection. This is being investigated.

    Any possible updates regarding this will be posted in the other thread.

  • @EA_Leeuw Will you guys ever bring it back I bought the game not because it looks cool I also bought it cuz of the skin and now your telling me I can buy it separately I can’t get it anymore will you ever bring it back cuz I’m still pissed off about it

    If you bought the game after the earlier-mentioned date, you are not eligible for the bundle.
