Good job, you just playing in SDR. Not even good SDR, but bad washed out SDR because of your monitor still in HDR mode, really good job to those who relay this fix instead of spitting at EA. Glad i was the only one able to see the differences on my Odyssey G7 that is just the bare minimum for HDR value. What's your monitor guys? have you cheked your eyes too?

For the time being, this manipulation allows me to run the game in HDR with my MSI Optix, whatever you think from your expertise in assertions without proof.
On the other hand, where I agree with you, is that Dice must take care of us a little more!

C'est juste qu'on devrais leur taper dessus plutôt que faire de telles carabistouilles pour obtenir des options fonctionnelles
T'est sûr que ça marche? Essaye de bidouiller le curseur HDR/SDR de luminosité dans les paramètres d'affichage Windows pour confirmer. avant/pendant/après modifs (ce curseur est capricieux et trompeur, il peut se réinitialiser, gaffe).
Mais rien qu'a la palette de couleurs je sais que c'était pas bon de mon côté

- Alt+Tab switch back to 2042 (must fullscreen)

This is not a valid workaround. This simply causes BF2042 to disable HDR and display in SDR instead. Your monitor and OS will still be in HDR mode. But the game will not. You might as well just disable HDR mode in windows and the game if you do this so-called "workaround".
HDR is still not fixed.
