@vBovyno Assuming that was in Multiplayer Conquest rather than Solo/Coop, try playing a full round of a match in Portal and stay on the server until the next match begins. That sometimes prompts the stats server to update.

If it was in Solo/Coop then that will be the issue - kills in Solo/Coop stop counting towards weapon masteries after reaching Tier 3, but I imagine you know this already.
