Community ManagerWe've seen reports of general FPS issues since launch, but it usually affects the game as a whole, not just the menus.
Did you try setting up a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference? You can find more details on how to set one up over at the EA Help website. Once you have the chance to give that a shot please let me know how it goes. Thanks!
I dont suspect clean boot, because no ohergames has this problem, bf iv, bfv, codmw, cod black opps, R6, i will try unistalling it and install again see what happes... I will keep update,

To think of it, it started after the update too, tried clean install but still the same.... Dont know what to do
Got this bug in menus, fixed it by switching from 144hz to 120hz, then back again...

Has anyone else tried changing the refresh rate to test and see if that makes a difference?
I am on pc, you set from the menu or from your monitor, i have 240hz 5120x1440 resolution...
Hai, I tried some one solution by changing the refresh rate on the BF menu, Funny thing, when 1 change to 144hz, it gives me good solid 110FPS on the menu, but when I change it back to 250hz, it went down to 30 FPS....I cannot upload the video,So When I minimize it it does shutter and low fps, and when I switch back and forth you will see the diffrent,

If you are on the menu and u have low fps, go to setting-display, change your monitor refresh rate to lower then actual, then set back to original.
In my case putting 250hz reffresh rate has much lower fps then 144hz refresh rate

Hai, I dont understand really If I switch to 144hz refresh rate my FPS much got higher result then when I set my monitor refresh rate to 250hz...is this a bug?
I have the same problem, but changing the refresh rate in-game doesn't solve t for me. So there must be another way to fix this. Let's hope EA this time comes up with something helpful. 🙂
You guys might be into something here…..I cap my frames at 100 on a 144hz monitor but every time I start the game the frame rate is always unlocked until I change the monitors refresh rate to 122hz then back again and it then locks frame rate back too 100fps.
