If something is missing or not unlocking restarting game should trigger it for you, if it dont please tag me in the topic.

I already restart the game and even the pc and it still without unlok the high power rounds

If the weapon doesn't unlock after 24 hours you can get in touch with EA Support here: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/ and they should be able to help with the missing unlock.
Considering this thread has been inactive for over a year I'm going to go ahead and lock it.
