- @EA_Illium Thank you for the reply. I play on a wired connection with my PS5 console plugged directly into my wifi router. I doubled check my router's setting and everything seems fine, I also changed the NAT to type 1 but the issue is still there. Also to add, the issue itself has gotten worse and now I can't join any solo or portal matches so I'm unable to play the game at all. The same black screen pops up then I'm booted back to the menu as before.

@Chicano-209 Thanks for the update on this sharing it with the team. To check does this seem to happen in any one mode more or less than the others?
