@EA_Atic I checked the post and can see it's fixed now.
I tried to log into Battlefield 2042 today and I still get the same error. Again I did try Apex and FIFA to see if I could log into them and I could with no issues.

Have you tried your PSN account on another PlayStation 5, any friends close by you could try it? @Puregravy
/Atic @EA_Atic I went to a friends house and logged in on their PS5 but still had the same error after BF2042 was downloaded & opened.

Do both of you use the same ISP? @Puregravy
Also with yesterday patch any changes?
/Atic - @EA_Atic No, I've got TalkTalk and he has Sky so it's different.
Updated it and still unable to log in. The error seems to be different though.

Do you and your friend get Double NAT (you get two Ip's from your ISP, one of them is virtual IP)? @Puregravy
We seen in different issue that disabling "Double NAT" that the isp provides has help them.
/Atic - @EA_Atic My friend said he doesn't have a double NAT and I've just spoken to my ISP and they said I don't have a double NAT.
I looked at the router home page and I can only see one WAN IP. - EA_Atic3 years ago

Would need to talk to the ISP from my understanding your modem would not highlight if you are using double NAT. @Puregravy
/Atic - @EA_Atic I did talk to my ISP as mentioned above and they said I didn't have a double NAT.
- @EA_Atic Is there any update with this? I don't know what else to do for this.

- @EA_Atic No, I purchased the game on my own PlayStation account.

Do you have a 4g device that you can use as a modem? @Puregravy
It's to figure out if network related, account or the console.
/Atic - @EA_Atic I did use my phone's hotspot when I spoke to the support agent and had the same error.

- @EA_Atic It wasn't connected to WiFi. I've got an iPhone so it doesn't use WiFi as a personal hotspot.

- @EA_Atic I'm in the UK and the language set on my PS5 is English (United Kingdom)

Can you get your friend to post here also who have the same issue. In the meantime I'm poking our teams. @Puregravy
/Atic - @EA_Atic My friend didn't have the issue. When I logged into my account on his PS5 and tried to play BF2042 the error still appeared. When he switched to his account and tried it, it worked so it sounds more like an account issue.

Hi @Puregravy, Bizzar request, we are still looking at the issue.
Can you remove TFA (two factor authentication) on the EA Account, then restart the console, log out and in with the PSN account. Then start Battlefield 2042.
After all that re activated TFA.
I assume you don't have any blockers on your PSN account?
/Atic - @EA_Atic Not aware of any blockers on the account. Never been banned or suspended and I can still go online.
Turned off my 2FA, restarted the console, logged out and back in of PSN. Still getting the same error. Did the normal test on Apex and that let me log in. - EA_Atic3 years ago
