Unable to connect to the EA servers

@EA_Atic My friend said he doesn't have a double NAT and I've just spoken to my ISP and they said I don't have a double NAT.

I looked at the router home page and I can only see one WAN IP.

Would need to talk to the ISP from my understanding your modem would not highlight if you are using double NAT. @Puregravy

    @EA_Atic I did talk to my ISP as mentioned above and they said I didn't have a double NAT.

    Do you have a 4g device that you can use as a modem? @Puregravy

    It's to figure out if network related, account or the console.

    @EA_Atic I did use my phone's hotspot when I spoke to the support agent and had the same error.

    @EA_Atic It wasn't connected to WiFi. I've got an iPhone so it doesn't use WiFi as a personal hotspot.
