I was remoted into my computer when I created the DxDiag.txt. Here is one using my native screen resolution.

Yes all vehicles is the same. Doesn't matter what vehicle I get into, I cannot change seats.

Still having this issue, never received anymore help on it.
I even created a Support Ticket and didn't get anywhere with it.
Tomorrow I'm installing a new Graphics card. I currently run a nVidia RTX 3060, the new card is a AMD RX 7900XT 20GB. This should fix most of my issues. If not I will have to format my drive and start over. I'm an engineer by trade. Not looking at reinstalling and setting up my 3D modeling software again and all my VPN stuff for work. But if it fixes the problems it's worth it.
I know this is working on its 3rd year old but hopefully this can be record for everyone else; I finally went into my settings for key bindings on general tab and F1 through F6 switched gunner positions in vehicles.
