I been having the same problem with exp it been zero for over a day i play on the ea launcher but it been sad since i cant get any exp and no more progress in the battle pass

Thanks for the continuous reports, all!
With the launch of Update #3.1.0, the teams have implemented a fix that should *improve scenarios where people look like they are awarded 0 XP at end of the round.
Our request; could you play a few rounds again over the coming days and check if you are still experiencing this 0 XP (or negative XP) at the end of the round? If so, please also share a video or screenshot.

I have the same exact thing happening to me! It's December 2022 and I've been playing since launch... and all of the sudden, I'm getting 0 XP for any game mode, even regular, normal AOW and Breakthrough.

I submitted a tech support request... not sure if they can fix it....Still have 0 XP. what can be done to solve this?
And by the way, in this, im losing all Double Xp event...

Today I played conquest two times. Joined next to the end. Finally I got NEGATIVE XP.
...and the XP are really missing!

I had this bug yesterday and its so annoying I'm playing on ps4 I was getting xp and I was playing portal after that suddenly I dont get any xp and went to official servers and yet same problem. played the game after couple of hours same problem i was on double xp from the game and when I got another xp from tier 86 while the game xp was active please help
